Presentation
Ten Islands is a one-day event in September with a start and finish at Stockholm City Hall and a course over ten islands in central Stockholm. The track passes through densely built-up urban environments, residential areas and parks.
Ten islands in 2023 will be held for the 2nd time.
Organizer
Ten Islands 2023 is organized by Ambulator.
Ten islands have been arranged once before by Kungsholmen's Walking and Hike Association.

Distance
50 km.
Surfaces
The surface is mostly asphalt, concrete and cobblestones, but on some stretches the courses run on dirt roads and forest paths.
Bana
The course can be read in a browser on a smartphone or downloaded as a GPX file and read on a smartphone in apps such as Suunto.

Support
No support, there is an opportunity to have a voluntary joint lunch on Kungsholm's beach after about half way.
Diploma and badge
All participants receive a diploma and fabric badge.
Final registration date for participation
30 September 2023, with increased fee.
Cost for participants
SEK 150 before September 23, 2023, then SEK 300.
